Ofgem have published this statement today to warn consumers that it has been brought to our attention that persons unknown, purporting to be representatives of Haven Power, are currently targeting, and actively contacting, small business consumers in relation to the supply of electricity.
The persons unknown are using a London based telephone number and an email address of havenpower@thecorporatecentre.com.
Haven Power Limited (Companies House number 5893966), which is based in Ipswich with a telephone area code of 01473 and an email format: name@havenpower.com, is a legitimate, licensed electricity supplier.
If you are concerned that you may have given your personal details to someone posing as a Haven Power representative, please contact Haven Power on 01473 707786 in the first instance to report the matter and to establish the authenticity of any approach. You may also wish to consider contacting your local police.
